Why I Built TwixTalk
A Personal Hub for a Personal Journey
I am part of the Sandwich Generation. When my parents, Ted and Mary, both faced Alzheimer’s, my wife, Lisa and I became the primary point of contact for my brothers and our extended family. We were honored to be there for them, but the 'communication piece' was overwhelming.
I was exhausted from rehashing medical updates at the end of every long day. I searched for a simple, central way to keep my brothers in the loop in real-time and couldn't find one. So, I decided to build it myself.
