Why I Built TwixTalk
The Family Loop: A Personal Hub for a Personal Journey
I am the oldest of four brothers. When my parents, Ted and Mary, began living with dementia, my wife Lisa and I became the ones who answered every call, attended every appointment, and knew what was happening next. Not because we were asked. Because that is how it works.
Every day someone needed to know. Every day I told it again. And by the end of a long night at the hospital, I had nothing left to give the next person who called.
I searched for something that could help carry the communication piece. I did not find it. So I built it.
