Build the Family Loop before you need it

Your parents were in reasonably good health. Nothing urgent was happening. You had thought occasionally that you should get things organized. Then your mother fell. It was not serious. But the forty-eight hours after it were harder than they needed to be because you were building infrastructure while simultaneously using it.
