To permanently delete your account, navigate to the Settings menu from the main dashboard and select the Cancel Account button. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that once an account is cancelled, all associated data is purged from our systems immediately. This action is irreversible, and your account cannot be restored once the deletion process is complete.

We prioritize a safe environment for all users and employ automated scanning tools to ensure all uploaded content meets our community guidelines. Our detection mechanisms are aggressive and err on the side of caution. If an image is flagged as potentially inappropriate, it is automatically removed, and the uploader will receive a notification explaining the action.

The Wellness Score is a comprehensive metric determined by analyzing several data points, including the loved one's age, gender, current medications, daily observation inputs, and recorded vitals. Please note that vitals are a critical component of this calculation; if you do not track vitals within the app, a Wellness Score cannot be generated.

For the best visual experience, we recommend uploading a square image (1:1 aspect ratio). The ideal dimensions are 500 x 500 pixels in JPG or PNG format. While our system will automatically scale and compress larger images to fit the interface, using these specifications ensures your profile photo remains crisp and clear across all devices.

Yes. To ensure high-speed data retrieval and a consistent display across mobile and desktop devices, we apply optimized compression to all uploaded photos. This allows the app to remain fast and responsive even when viewing high-resolution images.

Yes, you can be associated with multiple accounts under one email. When you log in, the app will prompt you to select which specific account you wish to access for that session. However, for security and administrative clarity, a single email address can only hold Admin status for one account at a time.

The Account Admin has full control over Vault security. Within the settings, Admins can establish specific groups and permissions to restrict who can view or access sensitive documents. Additionally, individual users with upload permissions have the option to secure the specific documents they contribute to the Vault.

No, profile images are optional. However, we highly suggest using them, as visual cues significantly improve navigation and communication clarity—especially when managing multiple loved ones or collaborating with a large group of caregivers.

TwixTalk is available on the web. Just go to twixtalk.com and select the LOGIN button in the header to login into the app or https://app.twixtalk.com. The web app is functionally 100% identical to the mobile app. The web app runs on any modern web browser, through we perform Chrome.
