What is a Family Loop?
Your Family Loop is one private group that includes everyone who loves and supports your loved ones. Siblings, close friends, neighbors, anyone you choose. You post once and everyone gets the same update at the same moment. No phone tree. No repeating yourself.
What counts as a loved one?
Each loved one is a separate person you are coordinating around, with their own profile, documents, vitals, and history. Most people start with one parent. The Loop Keeper plan covers two, which is the most common sandwich generation situation.
What is the Vault?
The Vault is secure storage for your loved one's important documents. Insurance cards, legal paperwork, medication lists, anything the Family Loop might need to find quickly. It lives inside TwixTalk, private and accessible only to the people you have invited.
Do I need a credit card to try the paid plans?
No. Both paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no card required. You only enter payment information if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Is my loved one's information private?
Yes. TwixTalk uses industry-standard encryption and strict access controls. Only the people you invite can see anything inside your Family Loop. Nothing is visible publicly and nothing is shared outside your loop.
